Transport from your place of stay
We do not require a deposit except in special cases. Payment will be made on the morning of your excursion to our nautical base.
BAYAHIBE/DOMINICUS area, transportation is available from ALL hotels.
Departure between 8:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
Return at 6:00-6:30 p.m.
PUNTA CANA/BAVARO area, transportation is available from ALL hotels.
Departure between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.
Return at 7:00-7:30 p.m.
LA ROMANA/BOCA CHICA/JUAN DOLIO area, transportation is available from ALL hotels.

Meals with lobsters
Lobsters are available by reservation at an additional cost and only during the period authorized by the government.
In fact, it is prohibited to sell lobsters during their reproduction period, which generally runs from the beginning of March to the end of June.
Saona Island
The most popular place in Cotubanama National Park, Saona Island has been described as a place where fantasy becomes reality. The island of “Robinson Crusoe”. Magnificent white sand beaches, turquoise waters and superb coconut trees, which make it a very romantic destination and very popular with tourists. It is also themost visited site in the country.
Catalina Island
Small island on the coast of Romana, it has some beaches and a restaurant. A popular place for cruise ships, this is a place where you can discover the most beautiful seabed in the Dominican Republic.
Cotubanama National Park
Formerly called “Eastern National Park”, the particularity of this 46 thousand hectare park is that there are more than 200 caves and Saona Island or the lamentines of the West Indies and dolphins « bottle nose » can be seen from time to time.
There are no rivers or streams in the park and its territory is surrounded by a humid subtropical forest and a dry forest. This group of trees creates a reassuring habitat for 112 species of birds including the native Lechusa cara de ceniza and the Bobo bird.
Most of the parks lead to the southeastern peninsula of the Dominican Republic near Bayahibe, whose coastline is well known for its rock formations.e corals and like dive site. The southernmost point is Bahia Caldera, where there are saltwater lagoons and swamps (mangroves). On the opposite side of the bay, there isSaona Island 24 km long with small dwellings like in Mano Juan and Punta Gorda and whose total population is around 300 people. To the east is the smallest of the islands, Catalinita, which it is uninhabited.
The Bayahibe area
A small fishing village, Bayahibe is becoming one of the rising tourist destinations in the Dominican Republic. It is also an environmental reference point for this country and the Caribbean. Bayahibe Bay is also the starting point for all excursions to Saona and Catalina Island.
